Personal data
Applicant means an individual who provided their information to TCTC using this system with intention to submit their examination application to TCTC.

Personal information means data, whether true or not, about applicant who can be identified either from that data or from that data and other information to which we have or have access to. This may include, but not limited to your national identification number, passport number, e-mail addresses, contact numbers, and/or other information.

Collection, use and disclosure of data
We generally do not collect your personal data unless provided voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your personal data to us. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:

• Performing obligations in the course of or in connection with your application to TCTC activities;
• Verifying your identity;
• Responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
• Managing your relationship with us;
• Any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
• Transmitting to any data subprocessors for the aforementioned purposes

Withdrawing your consent
The consent you provide for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until it is explicitly withdrawn by you in writing, through our system, or until the period specified in our data retention policy expires. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to TCTC's Data Protection Officer at the contact detail provided below.

Once payment has been made, withdrawal of consent will no longer be permitted. In such cases, your personal data shall be retained and subsequently deleted in accordance with our established data retention policy and procedures.

Upon receipt of your written withdrawal request, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within thirty (30) business days of receiving your request.

Protection of personal data
To safeguarding your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us.

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Retention of personal data
We may retain your personal data for as long as forty-five (45) days after the end of your examination date or as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal purpose.

Transfer of personal data outside of Thailand
Your data may be transferred outside of The Kingdom of Thailand as per the location of our data subprocessors' infrastructure.
